Everyone who works in the hotel is amicable and very welcoming. The rooms are well-appointed and beautifully decorated and have beautiful views of the pretty garden. The property serves enjoyable breakfasts.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to a historic attraction. The room was super cosy and beautifully decorated, with a jaw-droppingly comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower looked brand new. The view of the little garden was stunning and the atmosphere was so peaceful. There were plenty of amazing food options nearby, including an EXCELLENT pizzeria. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The breakfast served in the gorgeous outdoor dining area was delicious, with a great variety of options including fresh fruit. I can't wait to come back!

Wonderful House,in a quiet area a 10 minuits walk away from the center. The owner is a very nica lady who is there for every request and information. The rooms are big and very romantically furnished. Very spacious bathroom. Everything is brand new renovated and the relais offers a very familiar atmosphaere. Great breakfast served in the typical italian kitchen or in the beautiful garden. We had the best time there exploring Verona in a very classy italian way :-)))

The decoration of the rooms was great, it is walking distance to all places worth seeing. We staryed with our 1 year old son and the owners were very patient with him. Loved our stay and hope to come back one day.

We were warmly greeted by Francoise and her adorable dog as they were leaving the serene garden. The B&B exudes old world charm combined with modern amenities. Our spacious room was comfortable and the extra living room down the hall provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The breakfast served in the garden was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The location, in the peaceful San Zeno area, was quiet yet filled with bars and restaurants, and the center of the city was just a pleasant 15-minute walk away. our stay at Il Relais Dell'Abbazia was delightful and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a fantastic stay at Il Relais Dell'Abbazia in Verona! The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious food. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this B&B.

The air-conditioned rooms at Il Relais Dell'Abbazia were such a relief! With the direct access to the garden, we felt like we had our own little oasis. The wood-beamed ceilings added a charming touch to the cozy atmosphere. The TV with satellite channels kept the kids entertained.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference!

Marvellous and fantastic location, 15 minutes' walk to a fine art gallery. Variety of tourist attractions near the hotel, like a church and a theater...

This hotel is a hidden gem! It's located only two minutes away from the beautiful San Zeno church and a 10-15 minute walk from all the main sights. The service and staff are great and the rooms have all the amenities of an American hotel. Breakfast is also provided, which is a wonderful touch.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was perfect!

The accomodations were wonderful, and the structure itself very unique! What used to be a grain storage for the monastery of San Zeno, was very creatively redesigned by the family into a comfortable, charming, and peaceful place, right in the middle of a very busy city...Verona! Francois and her husband, Frank, were very welcoming.
